S'Coach - Sophie Manégrier

MY journey

"The girl that astonish you !"

Of a German mother and French father, born in Spain, I arrived in France at the age of nine, after living in Spain, West Indies, Mexico and United States. I discovered there, different cultures and values, which developed my natural taste for human relationship and gave me the possibility to learn four languages.

Later, my first studies led me to be an agricultural engineer… I confirmed this permanent desire to understand how the human being works, and I acquired the belief that to feel well with the others, it is necessary to feel well with yourself, nurtured from the inside.

At the age of 26 years old, I started managing commercial teams. Their motivation and abilities to contribute and perform were my motor, at the same time than the accomplishment of the objectives. As such, while M. Jourdan was making his prose, I was starting coaching practice without even knowing it… This experience in management, I completed it with an MBA at HEC : plus all the options related to human relationship.

Then, I went back to work in different companies, in marketing positions. At the age of 32 years old, as a Marketing Director within ADP, worldwide leader on informatic payroll management, I was able to see how an executive committee was working, the arcane of power and the games in politics… while achieving great projects.

In 2001, I enrolled in a Psychology DESS and also simultaneously in a coaching training.

I am now an executive coach, a trainer, a consultant and the founder of S'Coach
since 2001 , I train people, team and companies in the management of individual and collective changes. All of it in French, Spanish, English and German !

My values are : humor, humanity, simplicity, efficiency, parity, openness, pleasure and the art of being serious in a playful manner !

"Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back — concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:

that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.

Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now."
